Manish is an attorney and entrepreneur. He specializes in intellectual property rights, patient litigation and prosecution . He works with clients from a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, e-commerce, chemical, and computer software and hardware. He was selected as a Rising Star the last four years by Illinois Super Lawyers, an organization that recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in Intellectual Property law. Mr. Mehta has spoken on various topics throughout the United States and in India.
Manish is a past President of the Indian American Bar Association of Chicago and currently sits on the Advisory Council for that organization.
Manish received a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School.
